Built as an engine manufacturing plant for all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), this 76,800 sq. ft. building is designed to expand up to 152,400 sq. ft. This includes 60,800 sq. ft. of both manufacturing and office space. Following the successful completion of the initial building, Bradbury Stamm was brought back to build out the 16,000 sq. ft. mezzanine level for additional office space.
